Beauty is in the eye

The world is full of beauty. Some time we need to slow down to see it.

For the Birds

I decided to give this post to the birds! I love to get outside and shoot wildlife. I caught these three Eastern Screech babies in south Texas. 

I also spent quite a few days shooting the Red Shouldered hawks that frequented my yard last year. As you can see sometimes I just got the "rear-view"!

This Great Egret was doing some fishing. Notice in this shot how it stirs the water to hold the fish in place so he can get a good shot at it!

Bluebirds

Have you seen any bluebirds nesting?

They are just a very cool bird!

Disney

This week I was at Disney World in Florida for this event.

The Cornell Cup is a national computer engineering competition. My son Scott is holding the hardware!

They came in 4th of of 30 teams

Graduation is next Friday!!

This Bow Hunting destination just west of Abilene, and is filled with lots of history.

  This just makes my back hurt!
